It's that time of year again and Boston Uncorked is ready to take you "Back to School" on September 10th at Sonsie!
Come join us for an educational exploration of wines from around the world, with expertise provided by our own staff Certified Sommelier, Vincent Bair. See the wine list posted on The Cork Board.
Vincent is working toward the Master Sommelier program and will be on hand to taste through this collection of wines and answer those tough questions you've always wanted to ask, such as, "How do I navigate through a wine list?", "What's up with screwcaps?", "Why do winemakers blend grapes?", and many more.
This will be an open and informal session in an intimate setting in Sonsie's downstairs Wine Room. We'll dedicate the first hour to a sit-down tasting and questions, followed by a walk-around wine reception including Sonsie's famous and fulfilling passed appetizers.
Assorted cheeses and breadsticks included throughout the tasting.
So, get your pencils ready because class starts on September 10th at 7:00PM! Join us as we go...
