Wednesday November 29, 2006 :: 30 wine enthusiasts gathered at the Fine Wine & Culinary Center at Gordon's in Waltham for Boston Uncorked's first-ever blind tasting and a great education on the nuances of wine tasting. The more expensive wines were not always the favorite! Great food, great information on deciphering wine lists, great wines and great people made it a truly fun and enlightening evening.
