Q: Are there annual fees?
A: No. Boston Uncorked does not currently have an annual fee.
Q: Can I bring a friend to events?
A: We encourage you to invite friends & co-workers who may want to learn more about wines in a comfortable and social setting. Because of size restrictions at our event locations, we must ask that everyone purchase a ticket in advance via our online ticketing system.
Q: How can I get more involved in Boston Uncorked?
A: Simply go to Contact Us and send us an email! We'll reply as soon as we can.
Q: What is the cost for attending Boston Uncorked events?
A: On average, Boston Uncorked events will cost $35-$55. This cost will cover several components including wine, food, service and administrative costs. In general, special events (e.g., wine tasting seminars, food & wine paired dinners) will cost more.
Q: How do I sign up for the Boston Uncorked mailing list?
A: Easy. Goto Membership and click on the appropriate link.
Q: What types of events does Boston Uncorked host?
A: As mentioned above, most events will consist of wine tastings held in restaurants and other venues across the city. Depending on member demand (and our brainstorming), we will hold several special events as well, including seminars, dinners and guest speakers.
Q: How often does Boston Uncorked hold events?
A: Currently, we're planning to hold one event every month. Sometimes opportunity strikes and we have more than one event scheduled in a month. Typically these events will be different in size and focus.
Q: Can anyone join Boston Uncorked?
A: Yes. The only requirement is that you are at least 21 years of age.
Q: What does it mean to "be a member" of Boston Uncorked?
A: Membership simply means that you will receive advance notification of Boston Uncorked events and have the earliest opportunity to purchase event tickets online via our website.
Q: Will Boston Uncorked ever sell or give any of my personal information to Third Parties?
A: No. Boston Uncorked will never sell or give any of your personal information to Third Parties. Boston Uncorked does reserve the right, however, to use information about its members in aggregate to inform the development of events, secure sponsors and develop marketing programs.
