A Special Event in Collaboration with BCAE
TUESDAY APRIL 29, 2008
7:00 - 8:30PM :: $32 BCAE Members
$36 Non-Members
Join Boston Uncorked, The Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE), and wine educator Adam Chase for a fun introduction to blind tasting.
See, swirl, sniff, sip, and savor each glass and let each of our seven featured wine's characteristics speak for themselves. Leave your preconceptions at home and let your senses guide you through a fascinating, relaxed, and educational evening of wine tasting.

Learn about two of the most popular grape varietals -- Chardonnay and Pinot Noir -- and use the lessons you will learn from Adam to try and identify each wine's country of origin. The sight, smell and taste of the wines are all pieces of the puzzle, and each will give you clues as to the origin of the wines and help you formulate an unbiased opinion.
INSTRUCTOR:
Adam Chase is a wine educator and consultant. His company, Grape Experience, provides in-home wine tasting courses as well as information on cellar selections, food and wine pairing, and event planning. Adam holds both the advanced and diploma certification from London's Wine and Spirits Education Trust. He is also a candidate for the Master of Wine.
