We love the cozy atmosphere of Sonsie's downstairs Wine Room, and it makes for an ideal place to pop some bubbly and share it with fellow enthusiasts!

Throughout the evening Boston Uncorked's sommelier, Vincent Bair, will introduce us to each of the featured wines in a flight of sparklers that will include a French Champagne, an Italian Prosecco, a Spanish Cava, and a California Sparkling Wine.
Along the way, scrumptious selections from Sonsie's kitchen will be served.
It's a night of popped corks and bubbles from all over the world. A "can't miss" for sparkling wine lovers, and a great way for all to learn more about different old and new world offerings in this wine category.
