There's summer solstice; the date in late June marking the first official day of summer and the year's longest day of sunlight, and then there's Summer Solstice; the much anticipated annual Boston Uncorked roofdeck wine soiree. Each celebrates the other. Is it any wonder we Bostonians love both?
Welcome to the 6th anniversary of Summer Solstice, our most popular event of the year! It must be the extensive list of great wines, or perhaps taking in the sunset while on the outdoor viewing deck at The Sports Club/LA, or maybe it's the balmy breezes of a summer's eve.
But that's not all! Feel the vibe from the live music performed by Florencia Gonzales in a jazz duo. Delight in delectible hors d'oeuvres from the chef of Blu Restaurant. These are all ingredients in a captivating evening of Wine, People, Enlightenment, and Fun.
Oooh yea, this is good medicine! Summer can sooth your soul, and Summer Solstice is the ultimate toast to welcome this sensuous season. It's a fabulous feeling. An awesome ambiance. **Note the earlier start time. Check-in for Summer Solstice begins at 6:00PM. We recommend arriving early. Relax with a warmup glass of wine at the bar in Blu Restaurant (not incl.).
Weather: In the event of inclement weather this event will be held indoors at Blu Restaurant at The Sports Club/LA on this same date and time. All of the same wines, music and hors d'oeuvres will be featured.
Late Check-In: Venue logistics require that all attendees pass through registration in the Club's lobby by no later than 7:45PM. Sorry, we cannot accept later arrivals. Thank you.
