Physical tickets are not issued. Our online ticketing system places your name on a list that we'll have at the door to check you in.
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are for the event for which they were purchased and are not transferable to alternative Boston Uncorked events. Boston Uncorked is not able to provide refunds or exchanges for unused tickets. However, if you are unable to attend the event for which you purchased a ticket, Boston Uncorked welcomes and encourages you to substitute a friend in your place, or to post your ticket for sale on our Ticket Exchange. Note that any repayment to you of the ticket price by your replacement is strictly a transaction between you and the person purchasing your ticket. Boston Uncorked accepts no responsibility for this transaction. Boston Uncorked does request notification via email (to events -at-bostonuncorked-dot-com) at least 24 hours in advance if someone else will be using your ticket. Please advise your replacement that s/he will need to let the event receptionists know that s/he is attending the event on (one of) your ticket(s).
