February brings us a season of indulgence – given and received. To celebrate, Boston Uncorked brings you Vin et Chocolat (translation: Wine and Chocolate). A tantalizing combination of high-end French & German wines and gourmet chocolate fondues expertly and creatively paired by Executive Chef and Sommelier Thierry Charles at The Wine Cellar.
Chocolate fondue?...Ohh yes! Paired with wine?...Absolutely! Join fellow “indulgers”, singles and couples alike, on Monday February 6th from 7:30-9:30pm (note the later-than-usual start time) for some pleasurable extravagance as you dip fruits and other treats into a selection of warm chocolate blends and savor the flavors accompanied by wines specifically selected to pair amazingly. Tickets are $36.00 and are available online now. This is a special Select event in a small and cozy environment, and it will sell out.
