Calling all wine and food enthusiasts: You are the final ingredient needed for a wonderful dinner pairing experience at Ristorante Eclano in Boston's North End!
Part of our wine education event series, Boston Uncorked is excited to team with Eclano for this very special Wine 201 + DINNER where we'll compare & contrast Italian and California wines in a fun, educational, and fabulously tasty and satisfying affair.
How do the wines taste alone? How do they hold up to or complement the food? Which do you like better in each course? Which do you like best overall?
This limited-seating dinner features 4 food courses - each paired with Italian and California wines. Click for the MENU created by Eclano Chef Patrick Duffy (featured wines listed too).
Wine professionals will guide us and share their insights and expertise in these two distinct wine-making countries (Old Word Italy and New World U.S.-California).
You won't end the evening with an empty stomach, nor empty handed! Ristorante Eclano is giving all attendees a complimentary Gift Bag, featuring an Eclano gift certificate and other goodies, valued at ~$35.
There is no better event or better value in Boston on this night!
